Youth - at the Rec
The Rec - Pemberton Youth and Seniors Centre is a safe place for youth (grades 8-12) to call their own. Trained staff supervise all activities and can help refer youth to other community services.
Seniors and youth attend at separate designated times.

Youth Drop-in Hours
Plan-Y
Plan-Y.ca is a youth directory for wellness services and supports in our community. It is a web-based APP and website designed for smartphones and devices. The directory was created specifically for youth in Pemberton, Lil’wat Nation, Lower Lakes, Area C and N’Quatqua by the Child and Youth Mental Health and Substance Collaborative (CYMHSU) Pemberton Local Action Team, and was funded by Doctors of BC and the BC Government. Plan-Y lists local mental and physical health resources and supports alongside providing links to additional resources such as crisis lines and health websites throughout BC.
Seniors - at the Rec
The Rec - Pemberton Youth and Seniors Centre is a free space open to anyone 50 years and over. Youth and Seniors attend at separate designated times. The space offers a variety of activities including pool, table tennis, darts and board games, or can simply be used as a place to relax, socialize and enjoy a free hot beverage.
Organized alongside the Pemberton Valley Seniors Society, The Rec offers a variety of programs and services. For this month's events please view the monthly calendar.

Pemberton Valley Seniors Society
The Pemberton Valley Seniors Society (PVSS) welcomes members 50 and over. In conjunction with the Pemberton Recreation department, the PVSS offers a variety of programs and services which include:

- Sports and Fitness
- Arts and Crafts
- Card / Board Games
- Music
- Outings
- Guest Speakers
These programs/services provide a great opportunity to meet and make friends in the area. Guidance and help for beginners provided.

Pemberton Valley Men's Shed
The Pemberton Valley Men’s Shed has formed as a fellowship of men from the Pemberton area who have come together to create both a social space and take on initiatives that can be shared with the Pemberton Valley Seniors Society and the people of Pemberton.
Weekly meetings are held in The Rec on Wednesdays 11:00am – 3:00pm. Meetings are open to the public and consist of board meeting and general social activity time.
