Family Open Gym
Open Gym will start again Wednesday January 8th!
Join us for Family Open Gym, a place where you can meet new friends and neighbours, share ideas with other parents, and have fun with your child. Activities include ride on toys, mats, climbing equipment, and balls. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
Ages 0 - 5 years
** Please stay home if you or your child are unwell.**
Purchase a 10x pass for $43.75. or Drop-in for $5.75.
1 punch = a parent plus two children

Cancellation / Refund Policy
Recreation Programs
1. Full refund is issued if the Recreation Service cancels a program (prorated as applicable).
2. Refunds are granted if the program is not suitable for the customer (i.e. ability, safety, maturity, concerns, etc.) and prorated as applicable based on programmer's discretion.
3. Full refund, less an administration fee, is issued if patron withdraws from a program more than 7 days prior to the start date of the class.
4. No refund issued if patrons withdraw from a program within 7 days of the start date of the class.
5. Once a program has started refunds are pro-rated for medical reasons upon provision of medical authorization.
Afterschool and Full Day Programs (All school holidays, professional days, early dismissals, First Aid, weeklong and multi-day programs)
- Full refund is issued if the Recreation Service cancels a program.
- Refunds are granted if the program is not suitable for the customer (i.e. ability, safety, maturity, concerns, ) and prorated as applicable based on programmer's discretion.
- Full refund is issued if patron withdraws from a program more than 7 days prior to the start date of the class. A $9 administrative fee may apply based on the program.
- Once a program has started refunds are pro-rated for medical reasons.
Fitness Centre Memberships
1. Refunds are pro-rated for medical reasons upon provision of medical
2. Refunds are pro-rated if the patron is moving out of town upon providing a forwarding address.
Facility/Outdoor Space Bookings
- Refunds are granted on bookings cancelled ten (10) working days prior to the date of the booking.
