Join us for a Community Pop-Up 'Show and Tell' on May 23, 2024 from 12:30 - 1:30 PM at the Pemberton and District Community Centre. This drop-in community session is a chance to learn about the downtown pre-zoning initiative and ask any questions you might have.
To meet our housing targets, we need to add higher density housing in the downtown and Gateway areas of our community. Residents have indicated their support for multi-family, higher density housing in these areas, especially if it includes more affordable and rental options and addresses parking and transportation challenges.
