REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
One 2016/2017 - 75Hp Tractor with 74"Side Mount Flail Mower
Quotations are requested for the supply and delivery of one (1) 2016 or 2017 model 75 Hp Tractor complete with one 74" side mounted flail mower. The invitation for quotation document can be downloaded from the Village's website wwwpemberton.ca
Quotation are to be received no later than 2:00 pm. on Friday May 20th, 2016, and can be submitted at Pemberton Village Hall, Box 100, 7400 Prospect Street, V0N 2L0 B.C.
Electronic submitted proposals will be accepted on or before the closing date and time if sent to email:tharris@pemberton.ca or Fax no.: (604) 894-6136
Quotations are to be signed and submitted in a sealed envelope marked Tractor/Flail Mower and shall be addressed to Tim Harris, Manager of Operations.
The lowest or any other quotation may not be accepted and the selection will be based on a full review and analysis of features, delivery time, references, warranty, conformity to specifications, operator acceptance, vehicle performance, parts and service availability, dealer and vehicle reputation, and overall net price.
Any in-stock or readily available units which closely match the enclosed specifications, either in lieu of the attached quotation, or as an optional quotation.
