Council of the Village of Pemberton gives notice that, under section 21 of the Community Charter, the Village of Pemberton intends to provide assistance under a partnering agreement to R & G Holdings Ltd.
Under the partnering agreement, R & G Holdings Ltd. will have a non-exclusive licence for a period of 5 years, with an option to renew for an additional term of 5 years, to use part of Aster Street on Plan 7706 Adjacent to Lot 3, District Lot 203 Plan 9887 and Lot B District Lots 7926 and 203 Plan EPP66105, shown outlined in bold in the aerial view, here.
In return for a licence of occupation, R & G Holdings will provide the Village with the following services with respect to the licence area:
- (a) general maintenance and repair of the surface, not including asphalt repair or line painting; and
- (b) snow clearing.
