Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 841, 2018
Notice is given pursuant to Sections 464(2) and 467 of the Local Government Act that the requirement for a public hearing has been waived by Council respecting Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 841, 2018 to Zoning Bylaw No. 832, 2018. An Official Community Plan applies to the areas that are the subject to Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 841, 2018 and the Village of Pemberton Council considers this Bylaw to be consistent with the Village of Pemberton Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 654, 2011.
Notwithstanding the waiving of a public hearing, public notification is required.
Council will consider giving Third and Fourth Reading of the proposed Bylaw at its Regular Meeting of Council commencing at 5:30pm on Tuesday October 2, 2018.

Bylaw No. 841, 2018 amends the text contained in the RTA-1, RTA-2 and CD-5 Zoning Provisions contained in Zoning Bylaw No. 832, 2018 to correct errors and omissions in order to reinstate regulations that were already in place in Zoning Bylaw No. 466, 2001.

Zoning Bylaw No. 832, 2018 was adopted on July 24, 2018. The Village initiated Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 841, 2018 to make minor Village initiated text amendments to the newly adopted Zoning Bylaw to clarify the permitted uses in the Residential Townhouse Amenity 1 (RTA-1) and Residential Townhouse Amenity 2 (RTA-2) zones and to include a table of information to the CD-5 Zone which was inadvertently omitted in the preparation of the new Zoning Bylaw.
