Pursuant to Part 11, Section 405 of the Local Government Act, the following properties will be offered for sale by public auction to be conducted at 7400 Prospect Street, Pemberton in Council Chambers, (located in the White Building) on Monday, September 27, 2021 at 10am, unless delinquent taxes and interest are paid prior to the start of the sale.
Successful bidders must immediately pay by cash, certified cheque, or debit card of not less than the upset price. Failure to pay this amount will result in the property being offered for sale again. Any balance must be paid by cash or certified cheque by 3pm the same day. Failure to pay the balance will result in the property being offered for sale again at 10am the following day.
