Notice is hereby given that, under Section 26 (3) of the Community Charter, the Village of Pemberton proposes to dispose of certain land or improvements: Description of Lands or Improvements:
A portion of the Remainder of KAP4769 (Except Plan KAP44479 and KAP92677) comprising of 1400 square meters, more or less, shown as Lease Lot 10, and 7510 square meters, more or less, shown as Lease Lot 4 as shown on the drawing below:
Persons to Acquire the Property:
Pemberton Hangar (Lot 10): Nature and Term of the Proposed Disposition: Ten (10) year Lease with options to renew for four (4) additional terms of five (5) years each for a maximum term of thirty (30) years to facilitate the development of a private hangar.
Blackcomb Helicopters (Lot 4): Nature and Term of the Proposed Disposition: Five (5) year Lease with one (1) option to renew for an additional five (5) years for a maximum term of ten (10) years to facilitate a Hydro Line Training Facility.
Consideration: Minimum Rent of $2.02 per square meters adjusted annually based on the previous year’s Minimum Rent place CPI Plus Additional Rent, which includes Additional Snow Removal Service Costs and Airport Fees, as may be required.
