Council will be considering the 2017 Annual Report at the Regular Council Meeting on July 10th at 5:30pm in Council Chambers, 7400 Prospect Street.
Why is the Annual Report an important document to review?
The Annual Report is a great way to gauge the Village’s progress on Corporate Priorities, which are established by Council. The Report provides information on capital projects, municipal initiatives and programs, funding applications and includes the Village’s audited financial statements. In other words, the Annual Report is the municipal report card for the previous year.
How do I provide feedback on the Annual Report?
A copy of the Annual Report is available for review at www.pemberton.ca or at Municipal Hall located at 7400 Prospect Street, during regular hours of 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (statutory holidays excluded). Submissions or questions on the 2017 Annual Report may be submitted in person via email (admin@pemberton.ca) or by mail (Box 100, 7400 Prospect Street, Pemberton BC V0N2L0) in advance and prior to 4:00pm on Monday, July 9, 2018.
Please address your correspondence to Mayor & Council. The public may also make submissions or ask questions of Council in person at the Regular Council Meeting on July 10th when Council consider the Annual Report.
